The Claims: Don'T Warn Before Advising! Mentioning Names Is Wrong!

Our beloved brother Abu Hakeem Bilal Davis clarifies the reality regarding the claim that it is not allowed to warn from a person who has opposed the Sunnah unless one had advised that person in private beforehand and that it is not permissible to mention that person by name.
Our dear brother then goes on to explain how the one who has fallen into error is to correct himself in the most noble of manners.
